Gift memberships can be arranged between 90-7 days days prior to the date you wish to gift the membership.

- Is my membership tax deductible: No, your membership fee is not tax deductible but any donations you make of more than $5 to Arts Inc. Hawke's Bay. You can make a donation while signing up as a member or through this donate now link.
- How will I renew my membership: Membership is an annual programme. Each year you will receive a reminder email with an online payment link to renew your membership. Alternatively you can renew in person by visiting the Arts Centre.
- Can I get a refund once my membership has started: No, membership fees are non-refundable.
- Can I transfer my membership to someone else: Membership is for individuals and cannot be transferred. If you would like to enjoy your membership with someone else, please purchase a double membership, or gift them a membership.
